I have a daughter with very high Autism. It’s very overwhelming — isolating, and nothing really to look forward to in the future. I went to this course to help me understand my daughter and how to calm her down. Yotism has inspired me and Nicole and Veronika to be one of them! I see huge hope for me, my daughter and other parents and children. We need this! If it wasn’t for them I would be isolated and depressed with a stressed child. Now I’m trying to start my business up — chronic illness like cancer, wheelchair yoga for adults — with these ladies’ help! As my daughter is relaxed and doing great also.

Nicole and Veronika are both amazing, inspirational teachers. Yotism is changing lives of families with children with special needs. My daughter Nadia, who has ASD and learning difficulties, has been doing yoga regularly since I did the foundation training with Yotism, and I have observed her becoming calmer, more balanced physically and mentally and becoming so much more self aware — a truly amazing transformation. I have myself been inspired to take up the yoga teacher training, that would have never happened had I not come across Nicole and Veronika. Thank you for all that you do.

Training with Yotism was truly magical. They are amazing at what they do and amazing at making you believe you can do it too! You can’t get much more accessible than that! Changing people’s perceptions on what is possible. I thank you.

I work with adults and children with a wide range of needs. The reflex work that we learnt with Yotism is a practice that seems to work for all. To the extent that many learners with ASD and heightened sensory awareness actually request the practice on a regular basis. It never fails to bring some peace to these people. I use it in groups where there may well be disturbances going on around them — the way they are able to engage quietly and absorb things rather than experience anxiety during the process is remarkable. Thank you so much always.
