While NDYT focuses on strengthening regulation and developmental foundations, Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy offers a deeper clinical space to explore relational history, attachment patterns, and embodied trauma within a psychodynamic framework.
Following six years of professional training, I am currently completing clinical hours as a Trainee Biodynamic Body Psychotherapist, working within a supervised, ethical framework.
Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy is a somatic, psychodynamic approach that understands emotional experience as a whole-body process. It recognises that developmental trauma and relational patterns are held within the autonomic nervous system, muscular structure, and visceral processes—not only in cognition.
Through relational attunement, embodied awareness, and gentle body-based work, sessions support:
This approach honours the body’s natural capacity for regulation and integration within a safe therapeutic relationship, allowing insight and somatic healing to unfold gradually together.

Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy is a somatic, psychodynamic approach that understands emotional experience as a whole-body process. Rather than working solely through cognitive insight, this modality recognises that developmental trauma, attachment patterns, and relational experiences are held within the autonomic nervous system, muscular structure, and visceral processes of the body.

Biodynamic theory recognises the body’s intrinsic capacity for self-regulation and integration when supported within a safe therapeutic relationship. Therapy unfolds gradually and respectfully, allowing psychological insight and somatic integration to develop together.
Sessions are offered 1:1 and are primarily held face-to-face at our therapy studio.
This pathway may be suitable for individuals seeking deeper psychotherapeutic exploration, including existing NDYT clients wishing to engage in longer-term developmental and trauma-informed work.
As a trainee practitioner, I work under regular clinical supervision to ensure safe, reflective, and ethically grounded practice.
“Nicole is one of the kindest and most compassionate humans i have worked with. One of life’s true healers, she is incredibly talented at what she does. Working with Nicole was an absolute game changer for me. Each session, it was like I could feel my body and nervous system healing and softening whilst she worked. My symptoms just got better and better, and I began to feel hope for the first time in a long while. I honestly could not recommend Nicole with her warm heart and magical healing hands enough.
“Thank you so much for listening and holding the space for my vulnerability. My sessions were life changing and the exercises I learnt impact every day of my life. I can’t thank her enough”.
