Classes & 1:1 Neurodevelopmental Yoga Therapy​

Yotism offers small group community classes and individual Neurodevelopmental Yoga Therapy (NDYT) sessions for autistic, ADHD, and neurodivergent children, young people, and adults.

Our classes and individual sessions provide safe, regulation-informed spaces where movement, breath, relaxation, and therapeutic sound practices are adapted to meet individual sensory and developmental needs.

Our small group classes create supportive, inclusive environments where participants can:

  • Strengthen nervous system regulation
  • Build confidence and body awareness
  • Develop social connection in a safe setting
  • Improve coordination and sensory integration
  • Experience deep relaxation and emotional balance

Groups are intentionally small to ensure attuned support and responsive practice.

1:1 NDYT Therapy

1:1 NDYT Therapy

Individual sessions offer tailored, developmentally informed therapeutic support for:

  • Anxiety and emotional dysregulation
  • Sensory processing challenges
  • Learning readiness and focus
  • Retained primitive reflex patterns
  • Motor coordination and postural stability
  • Stress, overwhelm, and burnout

Each session is personalised, drawing from NDYT, reflex integration insight, therapeutic listening, embodied psychotherapy principles, and yoga-based practice. 1:1 therapy may be recommended following consultation or neurodevelopmental screening to ensure the approach is carefully aligned to individual needs.

What You Gain

By the end of the Foundation Training, you will be able to:

  • Deliver NDYT-informed 1:1 or small group sessions
  • Apply adaptive movement, yoga, breathwork, and relaxation safely
  • Use yoga within a sensory-informed support plan
  • Adapt and respond to individual needs with confidence
  • Work collaboratively across family, education, and community settings
