Neurodevelopmental Yoga Therapy (NDYT) is a structured, progressive training pathway integrating developmental neuroscience, sensory integration principles, primitive reflex integration, and the therapeutic application of yoga.
Designed for today’s diverse educational, therapeutic, and community settings, NDYT prepares practitioners to deliver safe, inclusive, and responsive yoga-based therapeutic support for autistic, ADHD, and neurodivergent individuals.
Grounded in over 30 years of applied practice, NDYT combines embodied wisdom with contemporary neurodevelopmental science to create a practical, regulation-informed framework that can be confidently applied in real-world settings.
