Yotism was born from lived experience, long-term commitment, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by neurodiverse individuals and their families. Founder Nicole Zimbler began supporting the SEN community at the age of 16, volunteering with Mencap to provide respite for families of children with profound autism. That early experience shaped a lifelong dedication to supporting those with diverse needs — not through quick fixes, but through patient, informed, and compassionate care. As Nicole trained in yoga, Reiki, and holistic therapy, she recognised yoga’s powerful ability to support the nervous system, sensory processing, and emotional regulation. Over the years, as understanding of autism, ADHD, and neurodevelopment expanded through science and research, Yotism evolved alongside it. What began as individual support grew into a refined therapeutic approach — and eventually into a training school — created to empower others to deliver this work safely, confidently, and ethically.

EXCELLENT Based on 3 reviews Posted on Margita HamiltonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. God sent....we love it ❤️ I have a teenage son with severe learning difficulties, among other life challenges. Nicole has been recommended to us, and I wish we had found her years ago. We've been with her for over a year now and she's made a difference to our lives. Her positive , calm attitude, encouragement, and patience keep us going. My son keeps asking if it is a yoga day yet...and he is not that interested in much these days( being a teenager) .. That should be a testimony to Nicole's work in itself. ❤️Posted on Daniela van SchagenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wow I can't believe Nicole only has one other google review, I expected her to have many many reviews, because she is so good at what she does. She can help you if you were born prematurally or via a caesarian section. This has a big impact on our nervous system. She knows how to experience baby reflexes later in life as an adult. She guides her sessions with a lot of care and fine attunement to what your nervous system needs.Posted on David MeadTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
